| Mr. Thomas Rowland - Board Chair |
| Thomas Rowland is a third generation, committed resident of Howard Beach. Tom's education began in the then local Parish grammar school of Our Lady of Grace, and is a graduate of St. Francis Prep and St Francis College where he was a member of the Student Government, received Honors, and was deeply influenced by the Franciscan educational culture. His career began on Wall Street with Merrill Lynch & Co. to be followed by a more rewarding career in Union Activism and the fight for worker rights and protections. Presently, Tom serves as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Amalgamated Workers Union, Local 88, of the Retail Wholesale Department Workers Union and the 1.4 million member United Food and Commercial Workers. An avid Giants football fan and a questionable golfer, his activities include membership in the Knights of Columbus, Long Island Council 197, Chair of the Ave Maria Catholic Academy Board of Directors and is an active member of the OLG Parish. Tom is blessed with a large extended family in the community, a tight knit circle of friends, and is most importantly supported by his wife, Nancy and daughter, Nicole. |
| Breeda Connolly - Board Member |
| Breeda Connolly received her undergraduate degree in History/Education from Molloy College and her Masters from C.W. Post in Elementary Education. Ms. Connolly was an Assistant Vice President at the U.S. Trust Company before returning to teach at Our Lady of Grace grammar school for 9 years. In 1998, Ms. Connolly joined the faculty of Fontbonne Hall Academy in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. She recently was named the Chairperson of the History Department and teaches U.S. History to juniors, Advanced Placement U.S. History to an honors class, and Anthropology and Psychology to seniors.
Ms. Connolly serves as a Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Grace Parish in Howard Beach.

| Sr. Filippa Luciano, CSJ - Board Member |
| Sr. Filippa Luciano, CSJ is a Sister of Saint Joseph of Brentwood and presently serves as the Assistant Principal for Admissions at The Mary Louis Academy. She earned a BA in History with a Minor in Spanish from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, and got her MA from New York University. Sister later received her NYS Certification in Administration and Supervision from Fordham University. Her teaching ministry began at Holy Name of Mary School in Valley Stream. She later went on to teach in Brooklyn and Puerto Rico. Prior to her work at Mary Louis, she served as Principal of Transfiguration School in Williamsburg and as a Supervisor of Elementary Schools in the Diocese of Brooklyn/Queens. Sister Filippa serves as a Minister of Communion, a Lector, and is on the Finance Committee of the parish in which she resides and worships.

| Anna Formica is a project manager for Flushing Bank. Her responsibilities include management and coordination for multiple strategic projects geared towards the Banks growth and expansion, and development of the Banks Business Resumption Plans to include bank wide training and testing. She has been in the banking business for 24 years, beginning her career with CFS Bank in 1986. There she held a variety of management positions in Lending and Systems Administration. Throughout her career, Anna has devoted her time to a variety of charitable and not-for profit organizations volunteering for the March of Dimes, Family and Children’s Association, American Cancer Society, and Make A Wish Foundation.

| Christine Modafferi - Board Member |
| Christine has been in the banking industry for more than 30 years. She is Vice President and Regional Market Manager for TD Bank. Christine currently oversees 13 locations on the Westside of Manhattan and the Bronx. In this role she is responsible for driving business, maintaining the banks relationships with customers and community groups, oversees a staff of 210, and manages a portfolio of $1.6 billion throughout the 13 locations. Christine is a Howard Beach Native and her love for Our Lady of Grace Parish began at an early age. She attended Our Lady of Grace School and absolutely believes that her Catholic Education is the foundation of her strong faith. There is nothing more important to Christine then her faith, her family and her Parish Community.

| Madeline Jaszczak - Board Member |
| Madeline received her BS in Accounting and MS in Taxation from St. John’s University. She began as a staff tax accountant at Geller & Company, after receiving her BS, she is now the Senior Manager of the Domestic Tax Compliance Department for the same company. Born and raised in Brooklyn she moved to Howard Beach in 2000 with her husband to raisetheir family.
